Bullock Island Development Project
Project Summary
A Development Plan was adopted by Council to enable a co-ordinated investment in public space, government and private enterprises (both active and within the pipeline). GPM are responsible for Project Management of planning, design development and delivery of roads and infrastructure, parking and access, fishing platforms, public toilets, picnic facilities, shelters, playground, kiosk and landscaping.

GPM has been appointed by EGSC, to Project Manage the development of the Bullock Island Concept Master Plan; which includes the development of an island wide passive recreational and tourism area; and supporting civil and municipal infrastructure. The development is within the sensitive Ramsar-listed Gippsland Lakes and adjacent to their entrance to Bass Strait.
